Many Republicans actually support the following cuts out of greed for money and lust for power/control!
ACA – although it may not personally affect me, I do not have or use or need it, BUT I know COUNTLESS people who DO! Granted yes it has flaws, including an unwarranted penalty!
DACA – Although I am an American, born in DC, deep in my bloodlines I am (was) an immigrant as we all were! Sometimes immigrants come here to this country illegally to BECOME US Citizens due to the tyranny in their country! That doesn’t mean we need to label them as aliens, or criminals! Not only that, have any of you researched just HOW COMPLICATED it is now to become a US Citizen?
Seems like everyone is also so concerned on immigrants taking away our jobs, but yet they neglect the facts that:
1. MANY companies are going "lean" now which eliminates many jobs as a result!
2. MANY companies are using hi-tech robotics now, which eliminates countless manual labor jobs as a result.
3. MANY companies who gave bonuses are ALSO laying off people and counting that as a tax write-off!
4. The BIGGEST gains of bonuses are the higher positions (the 1%) like a typical pyramid scam!
5. Wages are at a stalemate now due to increased inflation!
6. Trump is chasing MANY prominent industries away because of his B/S!
7. The stock market is now controlled by BIG OIL – so no kidding it’s on the rise! But that does NOT reflect on the entire economy anymore!
8. The tariffs are being felt very hard and unless a real solution is obtained, they will increase after Jan 1st – NOTE: supposedly Trump made a new trade agreement with China – wait for it!
Republicans also tend to turn away from protecting/saving the environment! They tend to believe in off shore drilling, destroying the arctic shelf in the process! Many DENY scientific facts!
As an added incentive, many Republicans support the NRA – while they CLAIM to uphold the #2A – they FORGET it was written when there were no semi auto rifles, no armor piercing bullets, no real handguns! The NRA also likes to get involved with the #1A which they do NOT govern! The #1A gives you the right to SPEAK, but it does NOT give you the right to attack someone with your WORDS! Yes, that goes for me as well!!!!
